RECIPE // Kpakpo Shito Salsa

Amazing HOT HOT green salsa – makes an excellent accompaniment to fish (see Grilled Tilapia recipe)


50g kpakpo shito peppers
x 1 red onions finely diced
1 inch fresh ginger grated
1 gloves garlic minced
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


De-stem kpakpo shito peppers and roughly chop
Add all ingredients into a blender or grind manually in an asanka pot until you get a rough spicy paste

BOOM! Serve as a spicy salsa side
