Zoe Adjonyoh launches Black Book representation platform

Zoe Adjonyoh – the chef behind Zoe's Ghana Kitchen – has launched Black Book, a global representation platform for Black and non-white people working within hospitality and food media.

Also behind the platform are journalist and academic Dr Anna Sulan Masing and communications consultant Frankie Reddin. The trio seek to inspire and empower people within Black and non-white communities through enhancing equality, equity and wealth creation worldwide, while raising consciousness of the issues affecting their ability to thrive in these industries.
